We also have a new remote service that allows us to remotely access your computer using Microsoft encryption and fix any of your computer problems with the click of a button. This service is safe, secure, cost effective, saving you a lot of money and time. We even have the ability to restart your computer, restart in safe mode and still be connected without having to reconnect.
We can upload files and you may also chat with us live as we are working on your computer. You will have the ability to watch us through out the process, live from your own computer screen. When the tasks are completed, we will disconnect from your computer and will not have anymore access to your computer. This is an effective way to correct issues and a great asset to our company. We offer many support options to our customers.
We will come to your location to repair your computer so you do not need to go threw the trouble of disconnecting and bring it to us. We find those who carry and travel with their computer in their automobile will have additional issues due to the way it was handled and stored.
There are multiple parts that make up a computer which are all fragile and should not be handled without care. We carry all parts so we can fix your computer in the same day, in fact we are the only mobile company that has enough inventory on every truck to build over 5 computer systems from scratch. We carry only name brand parts and never sell refurbished parts which comes with a guaranteed warranty.
We are available anytime day or night when the other companies are not. We are there through inclement weather and ready to fix your computer right.
